It seems as though Bill Schmalfeldt, despite continued failure in all fronts, wants to keep using the same tricks, never learning from his mistakes, while trying to intimidate individuals who aren’t afraid of him.

Schmalfeldt added six anonymous defendants in his Second Amended Complaint. The purpose was to add placeholders so that during discovery, he believes he will be able to subpoena WordPress and ISP’s of individuals who are making comments on the various blogs. Once he identifies them, he will add them to the suit.

Today, in real life court, Magistrate Kaymani West gave Bill Schmalfeldt what he wanted:  Granting his motion for a Second Amended Complaint.

Over on the Pro Se Away blog by the hapless Bill Schmalfeldt, he has decided that since his fatally flawed Second Amendment Complaint contains similarities to a complaint filed by John Hoge’s Pro Bono lawyer that his complaint meets the rigorous standards that will guarantee him success.

In other words, defendants should start hiding the wives, children and assets offshore because he’s coming for you!
