Wait, what?

Schmalfeldt is off on the Twitterz in response to a Team Kimberlin Post of the Day at Hogewash!  The monkeys are warming up.

Anyone who has followed Hogewash! for any length of time understands that John’s commenting on legal matters happens after certain events, usually after opinions are published by the Judge.  He never seems to tip his hand on where he’s going, but if one reads his filings carefully, you can probably discern what will happen.  Mostly, it generates a monkey dance on the other side.

Klinger was not a transsexual

dfr-peruiaav8do

I see pictures of Max Klinger, the enlisted man from Toledo, Ohio, (character played by actor Jamie Farr) in the M*A*S*H TV series, being shared all over the internet as some sort of symbol of transgender people serving in the military.

Corporal Klinger was bucking for a Section 8, which was a designation of being unfit due to psychological issues.  Cross dressing was considered a mental problem and Klinger was trying to exploit that loophole for several seasons, unsuccessfully.  Nevermind that in earlier seasons, he attempted to leave by many different means, only to be brought back by the MP’s or thwarted when his scams were uncovered.

He ended up putting his dresses away in the final three seasons as he became the company clerk, replacing the lovable Radar O’Reilly. At no time did Klinger ever claim to want to become a woman. He was married to a woman in the show.  He just wanted to dress in women’s clothing as a way to get out of the army.

I loved the character, despite his antics.  He was a good man.

The social justice warriors of today who are busy trying to rewrite history may disagree. All you have to do is watch the show.  Hope that clears things up.

Can’t make this up

So there is movement today in the Schmalfeldt vs Grady et al, LOLSuit VIII. Schmalfeldt learns the hard way that the rules must be followed. After submitting his Motion to Amend for the Second Amended Complaint, the Court told him:

In using his super doxxing powers to locate the necessary six people to satisfy the court’s order, it became clear he was not going to meet the requirements to get the case into proper form. Continue reading

So this happened..

jwbe6m7Bill really wants to talk with me.  He wants me to come on his show and talk about me and how much trouble I’m in.  He thinks that if he can get me to talk, we can settle all this nonsense, especially since he has my real name and address, and that alone is enough for me to “sing like a birdy!”

No really, I’m going to sing to a deadbeat and his woman living in a South Carolina motel.

Can’t make this up: The NY Times is worried about Sgt Bergdahl’s future employment

Oh For FFS...In an article regarding Sgt. Bergdahl’s desertion charge, the NY Times ponders..

Another question is whether the Army will give Sergeant Bergdahl an honorable discharge if he is found guilty of desertion. For members of the military, an honorable discharge is no small matter, and not getting one can hinder not only a veteran’s job prospects, but the entirety of how a service member look back on his or her career.

If you are convicted in any courts martial, you’re going to get a dishonorable discharge.  This may be upsetting to liberals, but it is a felony conviction, and he’ll have the same problems as any other felon.

As for the NY Times and their crack team of reporters, see the graphic in the upper right.

I saved a screenshot, just in case…
