Rule 5: Monday

Zohran Mamdani can’t bench press 135 pounds. I was bench pressing that in high school. It’s been almost fifteen years since I’ve bench pressed anything. Most of my physical regimen these days involve different kinds of exercises because I’m older – twenty years older than Mamdani. My Rule 5 wife shared the video with me and asked if I could bench press that at her gym.

I did ten reps, the last two were pretty tough. When I finished, a couple of dudes in their twenties gave me high fives. I also caught the coy smiles of the younger ladies. And I got a special treat when me and the wife returned home. Real women, not those with man-parts, love strong men.

The ladies for this week have no interest in beta males – as nature intended.
