From one of those “stable geniuses” on the left.
It’s time for Big Oil to take responsibility for the devastation they have wrought.

New York City is making the unprecedented move to both sue and divest from fossil fuel companies. We’ll be suing BP, Exxon, ConocoPhillips, Shell and Chevron and divesting up to $5 billion from 190 companies.
— Bill de Blasio (@NYCMayor) January 10, 2018
After Sandy, it became clear that climate change was an active threat to our lives. It may have happened five years ago, but we are still dealing every day with the destruction it caused. It’s time for Big Oil to pay for that damage.
— Bill de Blasio (@NYCMayor) January 10, 2018
We are the first major American city to take this action against fossil fuel companies. No other state has even done this. We are fighting for our lives and we will not wait for anyone else to do it for us.
— Bill de Blasio (@NYCMayor) January 10, 2018
There is absolutely no scientific basis to blame Hurricane Sandy on global warming. DeBlasio is trying to distract from his incompetence.

So to promote “environmentalism” the Mayor killed a groundhog and is now using up who knows how much fossil fuel to light up a building? You really can’t make this stuff up.

Translation from progressive libtwat speak, what he’s saying is “bend over NYC, your energy costs, such as electricity and gas, are about to quadruple…and there will be no lube.”
