When it comes to basic literacy, a certain Deadbeat in South Carolina makes up shit about the meaning of words that doesn’t exist.
Someone help me out.
Bill is talking about the number of complaints that have been allowed to move forward. None of those claims have been litigated. They aren’t victories in any way, but the Deadbeat has literally assumed that the counts allowed to go forward as a fraction of the total number of counts presented is some kind of massive win percentage.
Aside from scrubone’s facetiousness, correct me if I’m wrong: If no counts have been litigated, does it matter if three or four are waiting to be litigated? How does one claim that as a win?

scrubone is correct. Schmalfeldt has won very little. Bill’s illiteracy will pretty much guarantee it stays that way.

LOL my personal barnacle Thomas A Mix the #VeroBeachCrybully has been claiming he is winning his LULZsuit agaist me from day one. He even offered to share his “wins” to his twitter friends ~heh~ that was posted over a year ago….he is going to be so disappointed.
