We have a new president, apparently.
It would seem the media is looking to get this over with as quickly as possible. I suspect its more to put Trump in a box and force him to concede. The media helped to propel Trump into the White House. Now they are pulling out all stops to get him out.
It would also seem the media are ignoring the larger questions of voter fraud. How is it that there are quite a few presidential only ballots without any down ballot votes? Interestingly, there appears to be an anomalous number of ballots in Michigan where voters only voted for Biden and Senator Peters and no other contest. Some reports are saying there are more votes for President in Milwaukee and Detroit than there are registered voters in the city by tens of thousands.
Trump, however, is not a quitter. During his presidency, he has exposed the depths of Washington corruption. What is fascinating is to watch people agree there is corruption, but they’ll vote for the guy who has fostered it over his entire political career because they don’t like the guy exposing it. Hard to take anyone who thinks this way seriously.
Ultimately, I think Trump will have to concede if he gains no favor in the courts. He has a very top notch legal team, but the hurdles are high. Despite one’s devotion to fairness, even the courts limit themselves to specific questions of law; Trump’s team will have to show that there is enough fraud to place the outcome into question. In other words, courts might agree that fraud exists, but they will be very skeptical it makes a difference. They’d just as soon let the political process play out, corruption included.
At a time when there is little trust in our institutions, many voters think a more serene and less noisy political process will mean everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. As they say though, be careful what you wish for; you may get it.
Oh, and one more thing: The Pandemic is over in the US. President Trump has one more accomplishment under his belt.
I predict here and now that the top accomplishment during the first 100 days of the Biden administration will be the swearing in of the first female President.

In the swing states, there are only some thousands votes separating Biden and Trump. If we are talking about thousands of fake votes, it will make a huge difference.
