Oh Lord..

Eric Holthaus is a piece of work. When the 2013 IPCC report came out showing the world was moving closer to doom, he broke down and cried at an airport in San Francisco.

Later, he vowed to never fly again because the climate was too important.  Now he’s saying that the US needs to have an economic recession to help the climate.  Nevermind that US emissions have been dropping while the rest of the world continues to increase theirs, including his beloved Europe.

After being taken to task for his tweet, he responds with this:

Let me see if I understand this: We need to force millions into poverty on a theory from a scientific group that has yet to have a single climate prediction come true.

I wonder what will happen when the upcoming solar grand minimum takes hold in a few years?
