Who saw this coming?

Voters from two districts want the same wealthy socialist to represent them:

She won as the write-in candidate. The incumbent won second place also as a write-in candidate.

And they are worried about the Supreme Court?

If one candidate wins two seats in Congress, do they then get sworn into both seats, and have two votes?
