Wait, what?

Schmalfeldt is off on the Twitterz in response to a Team Kimberlin Post of the Day at Hogewash!  The monkeys are warming up.

Anyone who has followed Hogewash! for any length of time understands that John’s commenting on legal matters happens after certain events, usually after opinions are published by the Judge.  He never seems to tip his hand on where he’s going, but if one reads his filings carefully, you can probably discern what will happen.  Mostly, it generates a monkey dance on the other side.

Obviously, the mystery of hard work in reading civil procedure and following the rules is beyond your comprehension. Didn’t you say Judge Hecker was going to see it for what it was and dismiss Hoge’s case?  I guess we’ll find out during the trial that wasn’t supposed to happen.

Oh, I’m sure you do feel for him. We’ll see how you feel when the motions are filed.

How come you couldn’t get a pro-boner lawyer?

This suspense is killing me!  I hope it lasts.

  1. “Has to”…work? Yeah, if Nettles is pro bono, he CHOSE to represent John et al. He wasn’t pressganged into it like Shakey’s welfare lawyer.

Do any liberals understand giving by choice and the government forcing someone to give.

BTW, MJ, did you get served in the latest LOLsuit? I haven’t been, and yet I was promised that if I mentioned Bill’s imaginary fiancée by name. That would be Dianne “Snaggletooth” Preston, for those who are new here.

  2. I wonder if the defendants will wait until late September to file their answer? His head will explode waiting.

Thanks for introducing me to this comedy Sonoran Conservative. I haven’t laughed so hard in ages.

    • Welcome Aboard!.

Alas, I can’t take credit for all this since others before me who were targets of his insanity have carried the load. I’m just helping to spread the word as much as possible, the exact opposite of what the Fail Whale expected when he attempted extortion on me.

Feel free to add whatever commentary you wish and please visit my friends websites, all available from the main page on the right. I always link to them in these posts whenever possible.

Also, please stretch appropriate lulz muscles.

  3. Way back in the day, I was in first grade with an unfortunate soul who literally never learned to count to 10 or write his name. Truly. He would probably still learn more quickly than Our Bill to not touch hot stoves or get into stupid court suits. Or should that be “provably”?

    • Years back, I had an…acquaintance, who joined my tabletop gaming group. I first became concerned about his fitting in when, during a discussion about books, I asked him what he liked to read. ‘Oh, no, I don’t like to read.’

Hooo boy. This guy… he literally could not -learn- from experience. I don’t know if he had an actual learning disability, or was just too lazy to pick up on blatant hints left out in front of him and painted day-glo orange. But the boy was NOT right.
