Current mood at work:
Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, except for that one guy.
Mine consisted of four days of fun with family and friends. And it was exhausting fun. I did peek back in to see what the Deadbeat was doing. He is still, unsurprisingly, immersed in his pool of stupidity.
I awoke this morning to see he was misrepresenting himself as an officer of the court, telling Sarah Palmer that he was trying to contact her with official court business.

Here’s the problem with that: He is pro-se. This is his case and it is his responsibility to do the work to find her. It’s not “official court business” and he should stop lying about his authority. She’s also had a restraining order against him for no contact. He thinks that because he’s filing a lawsuit, it makes him immune from contacting her. It doesn’t.
Even more annoying is the way in which he talks to her. His openly aggressive and condescending misogyny is on full display. I can imagine any woman wanting to take a shower after conversing with him.
If he doesn’t get his way, he accuses her of evading service. This is absolutely the sign of a very disturbed individual. She owes him nothing. If he wants to find her, he needs to get up off his fat ass and do the work. Oh wait, I forgot.. “Parkinson’s”.
Still trying to figure out how he will conduct a trial now that his condition is getting progressively worse. Assuming his case goes to trial – OK, STOP LAUGHING, I’M BEING SERIAL HERE, PAUL KRENDLER!!!! HOWELL? REALLY? NEAL, PICK YOURSELF UP OFF THE FLOOR!!
Ahem, as I was trying to say, how is he even going to attend his own trial? In watching the wheels of justice in Federal Court, his trial most likely won’t happen until 2019.
I’m pretty sure that if you’re going to sue someone PRO SE (especially when you’re so brave to use an order for a Motion To Dismiss in an ongoing case as a citation) you should probably plan for things like your disease basically making you a vegetable. Will he plan to get better (known as the “Wisconsin Miracle”) so he can stand up as the plaintiff? All these questions, so little time.

Work? That’s the place you go where people like what you do there so much that they give you cash? Shakey should look into it. Might help him not be a pauper.

Much more than what the government would give me. And allows me to own a house, a car, and nice neighbors to live by.
I call it, “The American Dream.” (with all due respect to the late Virgil Riley Runnels, Jr)

When I got the letter from him announcing officially that he was dismissing me with prejudice from his Wisconsin suit, I admit to holding it between thumb and forefinger rather like some people will pick up a dead rodent (though dead rodents are less disturbing and disgusting), and then washing my hands quite thoroughly. The damn thing is still in the glove box since I can’t bring myself to pollute the house with it, but I figure it shouldn’t be thrown out quite yet.

Like one of those “suspicious white powder” letter some people have been known to receive?
