Let’s give credit where it is due. Witless cannot get beyond a MTD, but he keeps trying to be Perry Mason. That is true “persistence.”
It is, however, ridiculous that anyone else should view his suits at law as serious. We remember when he tried to sue under Wisconsin law for a tort not recognized by that state and when he tried to sue civilly under a criminal statute.
For some reason, it seems to infuriate him that others are not terrified by his “persistence” at failure.

Well, I’m suppose to take it seriously. I haven’t even been privileged yet to be named in his suit. He, on the other hand, has a court order from a sitting Judge in a case where he IS a defendant to appear.
It’s obvious he’s already won his case on Twitter. He just has to convince the Judge that he has erred.

I’ve been a named defendant in a previous lolsuit, along with many others. That was when he ‘learned’ what he ‘knows’ about resolving the federal diversity question. For some reason, he’s decided that (accidentally) clearing that hurdle is the hard part, so he ‘learned’ not to sue people he hasn’t doxxed. He also thinks the whole thing will be terribly expensive for everyone except him. Hint: Nope. Blobbert, you have no case. Anyone at least as smart as you (ie: EVERYONE) could write a winning MTD in their fucking SLEEP because no one has defamed you, or your boyfriend Rauhauser. Defame is not a synonym for insult. No one has harassed you, or Peggy Pinkie Pie, because no one has contacted you after being asked to not contact you. When you have to go looking for it, especially on sites where you’re banned, it cannot be harassment. No one has committed any actual tort against you, Chubs, and your only chance of lwgal victory is exactly the same as your Pedobomber hero: default. None of us is going to allow you that, the way whatshisname did for Kimberwhine.
