It is painful to watch the Republican chairmen of the committees get pushed around. They need new spines, new cojones, and new brains, but the Wizard of Oz can only supply the latter. Maybe if Mitch McConnell acted more like a leader than a punching bag something could get done properly. The Dems give no quarter; why should the Repubs?
