The implication here is that the scripted show somehow makes the allegations of Leanne Tweeden less believable.

Bill Schmalfeldt lacks the courage of his convictions by failing to come right out and call Leeann Tweeden what he believes she is. Instead he falls back on his old rhetorical friend apophasia.
Slut-shaming is a very delicate practice anyway, and not just because DUMBFUCK can’t manage to do it correctly. Some sluts are very nice people and others are complete wastes of organic chemistry. And on both sides of that coin are those emotionally stunted folks who are simply incapable of feeling shame…but that’s true of retired, disabled GS-13 writer-editors with over three decades of imaginary investimagative jourminalist experience, too.
And it’s easy to conflate “slut” with “truck stop whore” if you aren’t paying attention. Not every hooker has a Heart of Gold, but some do. That doesn’t make them less of a whore.
I’m sure the Ashtray Soulmate was a fine, forgiving soul, far more forgiving than a DUMBFUCK deserved. That doesn’t make her any less what she was.
