About 31 percent of all reports put online by the World Bank have never been downloaded by anyone in the world.

This is good for the world. If these idiots who wrote these worked for someone else, someone might read and act upon the reports.

They could reduce poverty better by tithing to an appropriate church. Or by donating to that Mennonite relief fund that seems to have the lowest overhead of any charity in the world.
