You want to make sure no one reads your deposition because the public may become enraged?
Former IRS executive Lois G. Lerner told a federal court last week that members of her family, including “young children,” face death threats and a real risk of physical harm if her explanation of the tea party targeting scandal becomes public.
Ms. Lerner and Holly Paz, her deputy at the IRS, filed documents in court Thursday saying tapes and transcripts of depositions they gave in a court case this year must remain sealed in perpetuity, or else they could spur an enraged public to retaliate.
Lerner was a public official. She made decisions to target applications from Tea Party and other Conservative groups, trying to bury them in the bureaucracy, mostly with excessive demands that were outside regulatory scope.
But, Obama said there was no scandal. One of two things is true: Obama isn’t telling the truth, or it’s plausible deniability and therefore blameless. Lerner obviously was a liar.

My deposition of him is fun to read because he really is dumber than a brick. He admitted that he didn’t care that his LIES about me being a “Human Trafficker” where true or not. He was arrogantly proud of that fact (LOL opps, displaying depraved disregard for the truth). Oh and just to highlight just how dumb the #VeroBeachCrybully is, he recently posted once again that I am a Human Trafficker!”

However, I want these people “made an example of”, to discourage similar behavior.

Any and all rage is focused on Lerner. Not small children surrounding her. It’s a smoke screen and should be treated as something designed to play on the court’s sympathy. You did the actions. The public deserves to know what those actions were.
