As reported here, Kenneth Storey’s tweet about the karma of Hurricane Harvey seems to have resulted in.. karma..
From WCTV – 9:
The University of Tampa has fired a visiting assistant professor who suggested in a tweet that Hurricane Harvey’s destruction is “instant karma” for Texas because it voted Republican.
It’s the voter’s fault for the hurricane. He does realize that Florida also went to Trump, right?
Karma indeed.
See? It is indeed, a mental disorder.

Yep, and Kathy Griffin seems to be upset her free speech is not without consequence as well.

What he said was stupid. Saying something stupid should not be a fire-able offense. Otherwise, we’d all be unemployed.

I don’t disagree but we live in a climate where conservatives working at colleges and universities are removed because of free speech.

Make them play by their own rules, as someone once said… someone named Alinsky.

We did not make that rule, before today he would have been the first in line to try and get you fried for speck “he” did not like.

Generally I would agree but liberals have been destroying the lives of Conservatives and Christians because of “wrong beliefs” It’s time they get a little of their own medicine

Being stupid and hateful is your right as an American, but if you want to teach our children for a living, you probably ought to keep that shit to yourself.

Well, if I believe in free speech on principle, as I do, then it is a violation of my own principles to call for someone to be fired because I dint like what he said. If I want to be unprincipled, I’ll run for office!

And you will be silenced with your principles intact, but silenced nonetheless.
If you haven’t noticed the Ctrl-Left is at war with conservatives and don’t care about your precious principles.

So stealing the “Ctrl-Left” thing.

The Vidal/WF Buckley feud is legendary, but WFB missed a chance IMO.
WFB should have demanded Gore Vidal stand up then and there and then punched his lights out, even on camera, with the followup statement that repeating the blood libel WFB was a neo-Nazi would earn him a repeat beating.
WFB wimped out, and his ‘stand athwart history yelling stop’ magazine endorsed Hillary.

Karma is a bitch only if you’re one first.

What makes it even funnier is that Hillary carried Houston with something like 54% of the vote. So by this guy’s ‘reasoning’, Harvey hit Houston because Houston didn’t vote for Trump.
